We’d like to express our sincere appreciation to our wonderful GFX community for helping to make our recent Wellness/Workout Party such a success. Your involvement and support were instrumental in creating another memorable event!

Highlights:

  • Outstanding Vendors: Our event was made even more special by the fantastic wellness vendors who joined us. Tulsi with B12 shots, Anywhere athleisure wear, Red-light therapy, Boochkraft hard kombucha, handmade jewelry and handbags.
  • Energizing Workouts: Our trainers led high-energy workout sessions with our GFX jams and incredible energy from our members.
  • Community Unity: Your presence and vibrant spirit turned this event into a true celebration of health and wellness, the vibe was infectious yet again.

GFX is throwing ANOTHER PARTY!

Get ready for an exciting fitness and wellness event on Friday, October 13th! Join us for an evening filled with workouts, local vendors, wellness treats, and refreshing alcoholic beverages.

Event Details:

Wellness Wednesday/New Membership alert!

Exciting news GFX community! We’re introducing a new membership that takes your fitness experience to the next level: Unlimited Classes + Private Training. Plus, don’t miss out on our Wellness Wednesdays! Here’s what you need to know:

Unlimited Classes: With this membership, you can attend unlimited group fitness classes. From high-energy boxing, core burners to strength-building sessions, you’re free to choose any class, any time.

Private Training Sessions: You’ll also receive two private training sessions every month. Our expert trainers will work one-on-one with you to personalize your fitness plan and help you achieve your goals faster.

Wellness Wednesdays: Every Wednesday, we’re dedicating a day to your holistic well-being. Experience the benefits of red light therapy and revitalize with Dr. Erin Biller’s Wellness Shots. We have a signup sheet at the gym to secure your spot for both or either. It’s a midweek wellness boost you won’t want to miss!

What else is new? We are going to have a few parties coming up here soon! The first one will be FRIDAY OCTOBER 13th with workouts at 4:30/5:30PM! We will party during the workout and after so please invite family and friends to join! Refer a friend!

For the next week or so GFX is rewarding members for referring a friend! The member with the most friends that sign up for a package or membership is the winner. Working out with friends is always more fun, why not win a free facial and dinner on us while you’re at it?! Solana Skin Care Studio and SB Kitchen both donated prizes for 1st and 2nd place.
We have a few fun events coming up so don’t forget to check our social media and website for fun additions and announcements. We cannot wait for to meet some new faces and continue to create the infectious community here at GFX!

We cannot wait to throw our next party. They are always a huge success! Kimberly felt the love and our members had a blast working out, drinking, eating and celebrating. Special thanks to Carruth Winery and Crust Pizza here in Solana Beach for donating the pizza and wine.
Kimberly wants to THANK each and every member and friend that came and brought her a gift or came and showed her love. It meant the world to her! Thank you GFX community. XoXo

Kimberly’s Birthday Party 3/24!

Our next party is in the books! Mark your calendar FRIDAY MARCH 24th at 4:30pm and 5:30pm! Workout, drink, and eat with us to celebrate Kimberly! She is our head trainer, manager, Scott’s right hand…and favorite girl! This girl pours her whole heart and soul into this community at GFX! Let’s show Kimberly some love and come celebrate!

Galentine’s was a success!

GFX knows how to throw a party. It was a fun time to say the least! The energy in the room was incredible and everyone kept repeating one phrase…”the community here is amazing.” That is exactly what we want at GFX, we want a community of supportive, positive, driven, encouraging, genuine, fun people! There is no judgment here, just love. Scott and Kimberly have repeated that word over and over It is why we came up with the name GFX…. where fitness and community meet…at the X! The energy and the vibes at our parties are unlike any other in San Diego, we promise. It was beyond fun, and we cannot wait to throw another one. We will be announcing the next party soon…it will be a happy hour this time with a workout at 4:30+5:30pm.

Halloween Boozy Booty Burner!

This BOOZY BOOTY BURNER was a total blast! We want to thank our local friends for their generous donations, Local Roots, Choice Juicery, Ethos, Whole Foods, and our member and friend Oscar Fajardo. We danced (a lot), dressed up, worked out, drank, shopped, laughed (a lot), met new friends, and had overall a genuine fun time! We highly recommend you check out our social media @gfxfit to see more media footage and photos. The community we are building at GFX is unlike anything in San Diego, period. The members light up rooms when they walk in, they make you laugh so hard your cheeks hurt, they come with genuine concerns, and needs…they are the best part of GFX by far and we would love for you to come be a part of our GFX community as well! GFX’s party was a HIT

Our members had a fun time, we worked up a sweat, we ate pizza drank Ashland’s and danced to the DJ. We will have more parties soon so look out for announcements in our newsletters and o our Instagram. We have some great videos from the arty posted on our social media @gfxfit! We will be announcing the next party soon, it will be the end of next month around the spooky holiday! Going to be so much fun! You are not going to want to miss out again! We had such a good turn out and our members are our favorite people so we wanted to offer their friends and family and ANY NEW MEMBERS an unlimited two weeks for $89! Mind blown, I know! Get addicted to the workouts, meet new friends, laugh, and sweat with us for two weeks and we promise you are going to want to come back for more and more! GFX-End of summer changes!

Mark your calendars for September 23rd at 4:30pm and 5:30pm. GFX is hosting an end of summer party! We will have a DJ and some goodies for whoever takes class and anyone else that wants to come check out the space. The more the merrier! Classes do book up quickly, so make sure if you want to take class you book online or on our app! Be ready to sweat, laugh, and groove to some good beats. We cannot wait to see you there!

GFX is also making some changes, just like the seasons! We are changing the Monday through Friday 11:30am class to 12:15pm starting OCTOBER 6th. We are going to be hosting a teenage girl’s program weekly on Thursday afternoons at 3:30pm starting OCTOBER 6th as well. We are going to add another class to the schedule too! We are going to start Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes OCTOBER 6th as well. We have also added a sub to the schedule! Tara is the best new addition to GFX with her boxing and barre background, she is a killer…in the best way of course. 😉 If you have not had a chance to catch Tara, look for her name and ALL the other changes on the upcoming schedule.

GFX-Grand Opening Party!

GFX is brewing up for a great MAY! We have a few upcoming events we are excited to announce. Friday the 13th we will be hosting a UCSD sorority party with lots of fun music and great vibes, can’t wait to host the KKG girls! GFX is also having their GRAND OPENING party Friday the 20th! We will be hosting some of the best local vendors 5/20 starting at 4:00pm. We will be working out at 4:30pm and 5:30pm, both of our head coaches Kimberly and Scott will be leading a class. You do not want to miss this collaboration and sweat sesh! Of course, we’re going to be partying the entire time with a few of our favorite things hard seltzers, pizza, cookies, and a DJ. GFX is about balance, all in moderation, right?! 😉 We will be celebrating the opening of this incredible group fitness space in Solana Beach with local vendors, great music, delicious bites, and of course an incredible workout cultivated with love from us at GFX.
