The Downlow

If it’s your first time, show up 10 minutes early so we can give you the lay of the land, give you the rundown, pick out your spot, stretch or talk to your coaches about any concerns or questions you may have.

If it’s not your first rodeo, 5 mins early will do.

Keep in mind, the classes are different everyday and are a fast paced 45 minutes. You won’t want to miss the introduction.

Wear your favorite workout clothes and sneakers. Bring a towel and a water bottle. We have a refilling station, but no cups. (Trying to keep that low carbon footprint).

Bring your best vibes, and be ready to work! We got you after that.

Make your way to our brand new recovery/stretch station. Take selfies, talk to the coaches, make new friends, chat with the ones you came with, post some pics, and enjoy the GFX vibes.

Drink lots of water, and book another class!
