*Yoga Thursdays at 11:30 AM: We have yoga specialist Aubrey Hackman every Thursday at 11:30 AM. This class is crafted to strengthen and challenge you, led by a skilled instructor who blend strength and flexibility into every session. It’s yoga with a twist – a powerful way to enhance your practice and overall fitness.

*Fresh Swag! GFX has new swag available for members! Wear your commitment proudly with GFX Fit gear and relish the benefits of being part of our fitness community! We love out GFX community, it truly is everything and our reason.

*Membership Update – Exclusive Benefits:

GFX is just full of announcements and updates lately.  Our memberships will be changing in $$ by the end of the year. Your fitness journey and making GFX your home away from home is our priority, and these changes are designed to help us to continue to grow our GFX community!

Membership Enhancements:

Unlimited Membership: $189/month(ONLY UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR) – Elevate your fitness experience with unlimited classes and exclusive perks like a 15% discount on merchandise, 2 guest passes monthly, and priority access to special events. Lock in this rate and perks before the end of the year by visiting our website or app.
8X/Month Membership: $169/month – Achieve balance with 8 classes a month, perfect for those with a busy schedule committed to their fitness goals.
4X/Month Membership: $99/month – For a lighter commitment, our 4 classes a month option provides flexibility without compromising on quality.
Yoga Class with Aubrey – Thursdays at 11:30 AM:
Join us for a rejuvenating 75-minute yoga class with Aubrey every Thursday STARTING IN DECEMBER at 11:30 AM. Aubrey will be incorporating weights at times for an added challenge, and she’ll also be offering ear acupuncture pressure points for $10. They are not sharp and look like a little sparkle in/on your ear! Our team loves them here at GFX. Remember to bring your own mat!

Updated Class Schedule:

All weekday classes that were 12:15pm are now at 11:30 AM.
*Monday: New 12:30 PM class.
*Thursday: New 4:30 PM class.
*Erin’s core-focused class on Tuesdays at 11:30 AM.
*Tara’s boxing-focused classes on Monday at 12:30 PM and Thursday at 11:30 AM.
*Red Light Therapy at GFX: Wednesdays from 9am-12pm

*Unlimited classes per month
*Two private personal training sessions per month.

GFX’s party was a HIT

Our members had a fun time, we worked up a sweat, we ate pizza drank Ashland’s and danced to the DJ. We will have more parties soon so look out for announcements in our newsletters and o our Instagram. We have some great videos from the arty posted on our social media @gfxfit! We will be announcing the next party soon, it will be the end of next month around the spooky holiday! Going to be so much fun! You are not going to want to miss out again! We had such a good turn out and our members are our favorite people so we wanted to offer their friends and family and ANY NEW MEMBERS an unlimited two weeks for $89! Mind blown, I know!
