  • Full Body Flex

    Today’s workout is called Full Body Flex. This HIIT based, Tabata style workout blends strength, cardio and functional training with an emphasis on booty, legs and core! This is a high intensity low impact workout. You can really push yourself; you can recover from an injury and take your time, you can come and listen to your body and move slow or crush it hard, this is a place for you to be your best self day by day.
