Lindsie’s background in fitness began as a competitive gymnast, where she developed a strong foundation in body control, discipline, and athletic performance. That early experience shaped the way she approaches training today.
Her coaching style blends heavy strength training, plyometrics, and boxing to develop real athleticism, power, speed, explosiveness, and resilience.
Lindsie specializes in foundational strength, body recomposition, and helping people build confidence through movement. She believes fitness isn’t just about looking strong, but about becoming strong.
When she’s not coaching, she’s usually in the gym herself lifting heavy or hitting the heavy bag.
