My first love for fitness came when running track in high school and being motivated by my coaches to maximize my potential and become the best athlete I possibly could. After moving to San Diego from New York  I decided to achieve my dream of helping people and entered into the personal fitness world. I believe in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable pushing their limits and having fun. My classes are high-energy and designed to keep you motivated and coming back for more.
