Updated Class Schedule:

All weekday classes that were 12:15pm are now at 11:30 AM.
*Monday: New 12:30 PM class.
*Thursday: New 4:30 PM class.
*Erin’s core-focused class on Tuesdays at 11:30 AM.
*Tara’s boxing-focused classes on Monday at 12:30 PM and Thursday at 11:30 AM.
*Red Light Therapy at GFX: Wednesdays from 9am-12pm

Exciting news GFX community! We’re introducing a new membership that takes your fitness experience to the next level: Unlimited Classes + Private Training. Plus, don’t miss out on our Wellness Wednesdays! Here’s what you need to know:

Unlimited Classes: With this membership, you can attend unlimited group fitness classes. From high-energy boxing, core burners to strength-building sessions, you’re free to choose any class, any time.

Private Training Sessions: You’ll also receive two private training sessions every month. Our expert trainers will work one-on-one with you to personalize your fitness plan and help you achieve your goals faster.

Wellness Wednesdays: Every Wednesday, we’re dedicating a day to your holistic well-being. Experience the benefits of red light therapy and revitalize with Dr. Erin Biller’s Wellness Shots. We have a signup sheet at the gym to secure your spot for both or either. It’s a midweek wellness boost you won’t want to miss!

What else is new? We are going to have a few parties coming up here soon! The first one will be FRIDAY OCTOBER 13th with workouts at 4:30/5:30PM! We will party during the workout and after so please invite family and friends to join! It is a mix of our Tabata strength training with boxing and Pilates. This class brings the heat and fun. Tara has an extensive background in both boxing and Pilates, she knows her stuff and has a heart of gold. Do not let the sweet French accent fool you though, she is one tough cookie and will push you to meet your goals. Tara also teaches Saturdays at 10:00AM and subs on the schedule regularly as well. Watch for her name and make sure to sign up for her FLEX X BOX class.

GFX’s party was a HIT

Our members had a fun time, we worked up a sweat, we ate pizza drank Ashland’s and danced to the DJ. We will have more parties soon so look out for announcements in our newsletters and o our Instagram. We have some great videos from the arty posted on our social media @gfxfit! We will be announcing the next party soon, it will be the end of next month around the spooky holiday! Going to be so much fun! You are not going to want to miss out again! We had such a good turn out and our members are our favorite people so we wanted to offer their friends and family and ANY NEW MEMBERS an unlimited two weeks for $89! Mind blown, I know!
