It is a mix of our Tabata strength training with boxing and Pilates. This class brings the heat and fun. Tara has an extensive background in both boxing and Pilates, she knows her stuff and has a heart of gold. Do not let the sweet French accent fool you though, she is one tough cookie and will push you to meet your goals. Tara also teaches Saturdays at 10:00AM and subs on the schedule regularly as well. Watch for her name and make sure to sign up for her FLEX X BOX class.

This BOOZY BOOTY BURNER was a total blast! We want to thank our local friends for their generous donations, Local Roots, Choice Juicery, Ethos, Whole Foods, and our member and friend Oscar Fajardo. We danced (a lot), dressed up, worked out, drank, shopped, laughed (a lot), met new friends, and had overall a genuine fun time! The members light up rooms when they walk in, they make you laugh so hard your cheeks hurt, they come with genuine concerns, and needs…they are the best part of GFX by far and we would love for you to come be a part of our GFX community as well!
