It is a mix of our Tabata strength training with boxing and Pilates. This class brings the heat and fun. Tara has an extensive background in both boxing and Pilates, she knows her stuff and has a heart of gold. Do not let the sweet French accent fool you though, she is one tough cookie and will push you to meet your goals. Tara also teaches Saturdays at 10:00AM and subs on the schedule regularly as well.
