We’re excited to share some fantastic updates and events at GFX Fit. First and foremost, we are having a Refer a Friend competition for the month of November. Winner receives a custom facial from @solanaskincarestudio.
BRING YOUR PEOPLE, we can’t wait to meet them!

1. Rolling Classes:
Get ready for our weekly rolling classes, every Thursday at 11:30AM. Each week, we’ll be rolling out fresh and invigorating classes with local people from our community.

2. Aubrey’s Yoga & Acupuncture Event: NOVEMBER 9th at 11:30am
Join us for our first 11:30am special class, featuring local wellness expert, Aubrey Hackman. Aubrey, a yoga instructor and holistic specialist, will lead an inspiring class and offer acupuncture ear pressure jewels to enhance your well-being.

3. BUBS Coffee & Collagen Event November 8th 8am-10am:
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for our upcoming BUBS Coffee & Collagen event on November 8th, from 8am to 10am. Join us for gourmet coffee and collagen demonstrations that will enrich your wellness routine.

GFX is excited to introduce a new face on our schedule! Join Caitlin on Saturdays at 10am. She is the perfect fit for GFX, spicy, sweet, silly, and full of knowledge when it comes to fitness. She is a teacher by day, a BodyRok instructor and now a GFX girl! Can’t wait for you all the meet her.

NEW Personal Training Packages:
Scott and Kimberly are adding one on one personal training packages. We want to make our space accessible to all that want to improve themselves physically and mentally. Whatever life stage you are in, you are welcome here and wanted. Sometimes working one on one is a better fit until members are more comfortable in group classes. We also get that group classes aren’t for everyone! Check out the new package options on our APP (GFX NEW) or our website www.gfxfit.com.

Highlights:

Outstanding Vendors: Our event was made even more special by the fantastic wellness vendors who joined us. Tulsi with B12 shots, Anywhere athleisure wear, Red-light therapy, Boochkraft hard kombucha, handmade jewelry and handbags.
Energizing Workouts: Our trainers led high-energy workout sessions with our GFX jams and incredible energy from our members.
Community Unity: Your presence and vibrant spirit turned this event into a true celebration of health and wellness, the vibe was infectious yet again.
