Updated Class Schedule:

All weekday classes that were 12:15pm are now at 11:30 AM.
*Monday: New 12:30 PM class.
*Thursday: New 4:30 PM class.
*Erin’s core-focused class on Tuesdays at 11:30 AM.
*Tara’s boxing-focused classes on Monday at 12:30 PM and Thursday at 11:30 AM.
*Red Light Therapy at GFX: Wednesdays from 9am-12pm

*Unlimited classes per month
*Two private personal training sessions per month.

It is a mix of our Tabata strength training with boxing and Pilates. This class brings the heat and fun. Tara has an extensive background in both boxing and Pilates, she knows her stuff and has a heart of gold. Do not let the sweet French accent fool you though, she is one tough cookie and will push you to meet your goals. Tara also teaches Saturdays at 10:00AM and subs on the schedule regularly as well. Watch for her name and make sure to sign up for her FLEX X BOX class.

Meet Tara Maunder!

Tara started her fitness journey teaching Piloxing. A combination of boxing, standing Pilates and dance that led to teaching Piloxing barre. When she moved to San Diego with her husband and two kids, she started a small community mom outdoor bootcamp in her neighborhood here in Solana Beach. In addition, she has trained in different boxing styles, that she incorporates in her workouts. Tara loves going to the beach with family, loves taking strolls with her dog taking the kids to school, and frequently visits the local French spots. She has a zest for life that is as enticing as her French accent! She brings the heat and does not disappoint with her workouts, her favorite thing about GXF is the community. Moving to a new place is always hard and having like minded welcoming warm people makes the world of a difference. We are so excited to have Tara be a part of out team at GFX!
