The Sweat Sessions

GFX classes are a fast paced, fun filled, shot of espresso, full body mini party! Every day is a full body workout mixed with cardio and strength. There are over 60 class combinations (so far) with different themes or an emphasis on a particular body part. Oh, and there will be squats. There will always be squats. Each class is consciously curated and dynamically delivered to you, with love. All classes are done Tabata style with a twist. Tabata style means you do an exercise for 4 minutes – work for 20 seconds, rest for 10, work for 20 seconds, rest for 10, etc for 8 cycles. The twist part – there is no rest. Or I should say you get a ‘10 second rest exercise’ 9 exercises 3 stations. 3 exercises per station. 45 mins Boom! That’s it! See you at the ❌
